Every Sony Alpha uses the same E mount, so the lens name is what tells you the format: FE lenses cover full frame and E lenses are designed for APS-C. FE lenses also fit APS-C bodies.

Full-frame bodies include the A7 IV, A7 V and the compact a7C II; APS-C bodies include the A6700 and A6400. At the top of the lens range, G Master models such as the FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II and FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II, and for wildlife the FE 200-600mm G.

For video and content creation, the ZV range includes the full-frame ZV-E1 and the ZV-1 II and ZV-1F compacts.
