Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Shipping Process

All our products are initially shipped from Hong Kong to our logistics center in Spain. From there, we handle the distribution to the rest of Europe. For customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, we offer the flexibility of direct shipping from Hong Kong or from our warehouse in the European Union. Please contact us to specify your preferred shipping method.

Shipping Costs

  • European Union: Free shipping.
    • Exceptions: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden - €14.
  • Rest of the World: €19.

Delivery Time

  • Europe: 8-15 business days from the completion of your order.
  • USA, Canada, Mexico: 8-15 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method.

Customs and Additional Charges

  • Europe: We manage customs clearance for all shipments within the European Union. This means that customers will not incur any additional customs charges; the price you see is the final price you pay.
  • Rest of the World: Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes based on their country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
