Products and Services

Photofury specializes in offering high-quality professional photography and videography equipment, audio and lighting gear, and smartphones tailored for content creation.  
All products are brand new and ship directly from Hong Kong. Prices displayed to EU customers are final, with no additional customs or handling fees upon delivery.  
Import Export GEFT 2014 HK LTD (Hong Kong) is the legal entity operating this website.

Order Processing and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized gateways. We do not charge additional payment fees or commissions.  
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping and Delivery

EU orders ship free from €100 (under €100, shipping fees apply). Estimated delivery time: 6–15 business days.  
We handle all import and customs procedures. No additional charges will be requested on delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns must be sent to Hong Kong and the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  
Refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year commercial warranty (extendable to 2 or 3 years).  
Service is managed by us from Hong Kong and may be facilitated locally when possible.  
This commercial warranty does not limit any consumer rights applicable in your country.
