For customers within the European Union, there are no additional shipping or customs fees; the price you see is the final price. For customers outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations.

7. What are the shipping costs?

  • European Union: Free shipping.
    • Exceptions: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden - €14.
  • Rest of the World: €19.

8. What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery times range from 8 to 15 business days from the completion of your order. Shipping to Europe is handled through our logistics center in Spain. For the USA, Canada, and Mexico, you can choose direct shipping from Hong Kong or from our European warehouse.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

10. What is your return policy?

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days. If the product does not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied, you can return it to our logistics center in Spain or to Hong Kong. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend ensuring your purchase decision and delivery times before confirming your order.

11. What warranty do you offer on products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products. Most warranty claims will be handled within Spain and/or Europe, although we reserve the right to perform repairs in Hong Kong under the manufacturer's official warranty.
