  • Right to Cancel Orders: PhotoFury reserves the right to cancel any order due to typographical, human, or technical errors. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are final for customers within Europe, including shipping and customs fees Except for the special and outermost regions (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, etc). There are no additional charges at checkout. For customers outside the European Union, additional customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country's regulations.

We strive to offer competitive pricing and will match prices if you find the exact product at a lower price elsewhere. To request a price match, contact our customer service team with proof of the lower price, and we will do our best to match it.

While PhotoFury strives to ensure the accuracy of all product information, descriptions, and pricing on the website, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases:

Error Resolution: PhotoFury reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a price error is identified, we will contact the customer to inform them of the discrepancy and offer the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
No Obligation to Fulfill: In the case of a significant pricing or description error, PhotoFury is not obligated to fulfill the order at the erroneous price or description.

Shipping Process:

  • Initial Shipment: All products are shipped from Hong Kong to our logistics center in Spain.
  • European Distribution: From Spain, products are distributed to the rest of Europe.
  • North America Distribution: For customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, we offer the flexibility of direct shipping from Hong Kong or from our warehouse in the European Union. Contact us to specify your preferred shipping method.

Shipping Costs:

  • European Union: Free shipping for all countries within the EU, except Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, which have a €14 shipping fee.
  • Rest of the World: A flat rate of €19 for international shipping.

Delivery Time:

  • Europe: 6-15 business days from the completion of your order.
  • USA, Canada, Mexico: 8-15 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method.

Customs and Additional Charges:

  • Europe: We manage customs clearance for all shipments within the European Union, ensuring no additional customs charges for customers Except for the special and outermost regions (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, etc).
  • Rest of the World: Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes based on their country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days if the product does not meet their expectations or if they are not satisfied.

While PhotoFury offers a 14-day withdrawal period for customers, the store reserves the right to reject returns or refunds in specific cases:

  • Non-Compliant Returns: Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria (e.g., missing original packaging, evidence of misuse, or intentional damage) may be denied.
  • Fraud Prevention: If a return is suspected to be fraudulent or abusive, PhotoFury reserves the right to refuse the refund and take further action if necessary.

 

Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Returns can be made to our logistics center in Spain or to Hong Kong. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • Cancellation of Orders in Transit:
    The estimated delivery time for orders is 8 to 15 business days. If a customer decides to cancel an order during this period while the product is in transit, this will be considered a withdrawal under the right of return. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of the outbound shipping (already executed) and the return shipping to Hong Kong. These costs amount to 50€, which includes shipping and insurance expenses.

We recommend ensuring your purchase decision and delivery times before confirming your order to avoid unnecessary returns.

8. Product Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty (extendible). Most warranty claims will be handled within Spain and/or Europe, although we reserve the right to perform repairs in Hong Kong under the manufacturer's official warranty.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Conditions:

  1. The warranty is valid only when presented with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
