Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Hong Kong: even where collection can be arranged in Spain, the final destination of the return is Hong Kong, so return costs are those of an international shipment and are borne by the customer, from €49 plus 1.5% of the product value (transport and insurance included). Cancelling before the order is dispatched is free and refunded in full.
