How do I place an order on PhotoFury?

For customers within the European Union, there are no additional shipping or customs fees Except for the special and outermost regions (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, etc). The price you see is the final price. For customers outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations.
What are the shipping costs?
- European Union: Free shipping. (Exceptions: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Malta + 14€)
- Rest of the World: 19€.
What is your return policy?
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days. If the product does not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied, you can return it to our logistics center in Spain or to Hong Kong. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend ensuring your purchase decision and delivery times before confirming your order.
What warranty do you offer on products?
We offer a 1-year warranty extendible on all products. Most warranty claims will be handled within Spain and/or Europe, although we reserve the right to perform repairs in Hong Kong under the manufacturer's official warranty.
