Final prices, no surprises
All prices shown to EU customers are final: no additional customs or handling fees will be charged on delivery. We handle all import processes and costs on your behalf.

Shipping

  • EU orders: Free shipping from €100; standard delivery time 6–15 business days.

  • Orders under €100: shipping fees as shown at checkout.

Payments
We do not add surcharges for card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Warranty
We provide a 1-year commercial warranty, with optional extensions to 2 or 3 years. Service is managed by us from Hong Kong; when possible, we may facilitate repairs in the customer’s country to save time and cost.
This commercial warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
